Get ready to experience the essence of Ionian Greece with the 'Ionian Explore' tour: a perfect mix of relaxation, discovery and a dash of adventure! You'll sail past beautiful beaches and turquoise waters, with the warm wind caressing your sails and the scent of the sea filling the air. Imagine spectacular sunsets reflecting off the blue waters, laughter shared with new friends and the freedom of being rocked by the waves.
During the trip, you will also discover picturesque harbours and characteristic seaside restaurants, where you can enjoy the delights of Greek cuisine, such as moussaka, fresh salads with feta and olives, and freshly caught fish prepared with herbs.
Our stops will include the beautiful islands of Corfu, Paxos and Lefkada, each with its own unique charm. In Corfu, you can explore the UNESCO-listed old town and enjoy a coffee in one of the lively squares. In Paxos, be enchanted by the crystal-clear waters and sea caves, while in Lefkada, discover dreamy beaches like Porto Katsiki.
But it doesn't end there!
During the trip, you will also have the opportunity to learn the art of sailing in a light and fun way. No previous experience is necessary: this is not just a holiday, it is a voyage that allows you to learn something new without sacrificing pleasure. Each day will be a balance between adventure and relaxation, with moments of sailing, exploration and immersion in the local culture.

On board, you will have the opportunity to take part in the running of the boat, but always in an informal and pleasant setting. You will try your hand at holding the helm, adjusting the sails and perhaps discover how to manage life on board. After each day at sea, there will be room for a relaxed debriefing and, a stroll through nearby villages or dinner in a typical restaurant.

* Participants will have to book accommodation outside the boat at their own expense if they wish to arrive at the course destination before or prior to the purchased experience.
If, for health or emergency reasons, the participant is unable to participate in the experience, he/she will lose the possibility of obtaining a refund or participating in another experience. We therefore recommend purchasing our SeaYou Safe Return insurance for an additional fee of 7%. This insurance allows you to cancel your departure even the day before! In the event of cancellation, you will be reimbursed the full cost of the experience/holiday, provided that the participant has already paid the full price of the package. In addition, in the case of a regular trip you will receive a voucher to the value of the policy to use on your next membership.

The first day begins in Corfu, where you check in and board the boat. The port of Gouvia, which offers 1000 berths and numerous facilities, is perfect for a short stop before departure. Here you can stock up on electricity, water, fuel and shop in the nearby supermarkets, so that you can leave well prepared.
After checking in, you will have the opportunity to explore Corfu and its beautiful beaches. The island is rich in trails and history, with impressive Venetian architecture. Culture enthusiasts should not miss the Old Fortress, now a venue for major cultural events.
In the morning we will start sailing and give an introduction to the basics of safety, wheel the participants will learn how to rig sails and learn basic manoeuvres. We will make a short stop for lunch to visit Mongonissi and Panaghia, then resume sailing where we will learn how to prepare the boat for the roadstead. Once stopped, we will go ashore for a tour of the island of Paxos.
Early in the morning we set off for Lefkada, during which the participants will learn how to crew and steer all morning. Lunch in the roadstead and then we will tackle the first weather concepts.
We will moor at the port and enjoy Nidri in all its amusements.
We will sail to Paralia Afales, Sarakiniko and Gidaki, wheel everyone to learn how to prepare the boat for mooring, a nice lunch in the roadstead, and in the afternoon we will learn how to adjust the sails according to the boat's gait.
Evening stop at Vathi.
From the fifth day of navigation, the return to Corfu begins. The first stop on this return journey is once again the island of Lefkada, but this time to the south-west. First notions of cartography and we will set a course to sail to the destination point Vasiliki. Lunch in the roadstead, relaxation in the afternoon and a search for a good spot to spend the night. We will go ashore to enjoy the island's clubs.
We will learn how to use the radio and safety fundamentals, make assistance and emergency calls. We will learn the use of major weather software and how to manage a crew. We will sail to Syvota and then stop at the blue lagoon beach.

On arrival, an aperitif is offered and we will spend a nice evening together in Corfu.
Before each trip, a detailed equipment list will be sent out by email and via a dedicated WhatsApp group to ensure that participants are adequately prepared. Read the FAQ for luggage dimensions.
Knowledge of knots, basic safety on board, boat nomenclature, possibly knowledge of the main manoeuvres and of the various mooring techniques.

I sailed in the Norwegian Fjords with Riccardo, a beautiful experience, I never expected such beauty, even the little villages we visited, really enchanting. The sailing was also enjoyable, I didn't think that sailing and carrying a boat was so pleasant.
