Flight Information

  • SeaYou take responsibility for the purchase of the flight to participate in the course?

    The responsibility for the purchase of the airline ticket to participate in the course lies entirely with the customer. SEAYOU can provide useful advice and suggestions regarding the purchase of the flight, however we point out that we do not take responsibility for the actual purchase of the flight ticket. Participants are advised to book their flight well in advance to avoid any inconvenience related to participation in the course.

  • Can I leave with other participants? .

    Yes. You can join other travellers like you in the Facebook group 'SeaYouGroup' dedicated to your destination, where you can get to know them and start planning your trip together!

  • Can you help me find a flight to participate in your Experiences/Vacations?

    If you need help planning your trips, please do not hesitate to contact us: our experts are on hand to provide you with guidance and suggestions on the most convenient flights to take part in our Experiences and Holidays.

  • What happens if a participant misses the flight to attend the course?

    In case a participant misses the scheduled flight to participate in the course, he/she is requested to inform SEAYOU without delay. It is specified that the maximum waiting time for the participant is 6 hours, after which the participant shall join the vessel at the indicated marina.

How beds are managed and any shared expenses on the boat

  • Shared expenses

    If the experience is not ALL INCLUSIVE, it is a good idea to do a little shared shopping before the start of the experience, which will guarantee a certain number of meals on board.
    usually for 7 days the cost per person is around 70 euro.

    For a seven-day experience you will make at least one/two stops in the marina to refuel, the cost of the marina ranges from 20 to 45 euros per person.

  • Bed management.

    The cabins on the boat during the experience will be divided by gender, which will ensure comfort and privacy for all participants during the trip.

Payments and Refund Policy

  • What payment methods can I use?

    Bank transfer, credit card or prepaid card of the Visa, Mastercard, American Express circuits.

  • Is it advisable to purchase insurance for full or partial reimbursement during the boating experience purchase process?

    It is strongly recommended that you consider purchasing insurance for full or partial reimbursement of hotels and flights during the boating experience booking process. SEAYOU can offer greater peace of mind and protection in the event of any unforeseen events involving activities at sea that may require the customer to cancel or change the experience (see insurance proposals when purchasing the "SEAYOU RETURN" experience).

     In case the participant takes part in the experience, the total cost of the SEAYOU RETURN insurance will be refunded once the experience is over. Before completing your purchase, please carefully consider the available insurance options and choose the one that best suits your needs and desired level of coverage. Refund insurance can be an important safety tool to provide additional protection during your participation in the boating experience.

  • What is the policy regarding refunds in case of cancellations or changes to the experience?

    Before you make your purchase to participate in the experience, you will be informed of our policy regarding refunds in case of cancellation or changes. You will also have the option of adding insurance to your refund for added peace of mind. We strongly recommend that you read our policy and terms and conditions carefully to be fully informed of the details regarding refunds and any insurance available. A clear understanding of these elements is essential for the proper handling of cancellations and changes to our services.

General Information

  • What kind of material and clothing do we need to bring to participate in the experience?

    Before the start of the experience, a detailed list of recommended equipment and clothing for the experience will be sent to all participants by email and via the dedicated WhatsApp group. This list will include specific information on what to bring to ensure a comfortable and safe experience at sea. It is advisable to carefully follow the directions provided in the list to best prepare for the boating experience.

  • What is the advice regarding luggage to take on the boat during the experience?

    To ensure optimal order on the boat and maximise available space, we recommend that all participants bring a small piece of luggage, preferably a non-rigid suitcase. This will facilitate the stowage of luggage and help maintain order and practicality on board during the boating experience. We recommend limiting the size of luggage to ensure the comfort of all participants and facilitate cohabitation on board the boat.

    We recommend bags with a capacity of 60 to 90 litres.

  • What happens if I suffer delays or flight cancellations when leaving for the experience?

    In the event of flight delays or cancellations that could affect participation in the experience, it is essential to keep the captain informed of your situation. If the flight is significantly delayed, the participant is required to join the vessel and other participants at the marina indicated by the captain, following the instructions provided. Timely communication and cooperation are crucial to ensure optimal participation and effective handling of unforeseen flight-related incidents.

  • What is the start time of the experience?

    The experiences will always begin in the afternoon, after lunch. To ensure smooth participation, we strongly recommend that participants arrive the day before the start of the course or early in the morning at the latest. Furthermore, the meeting points for the activities will be communicated and confirmed weeks before departure to ensure smooth organisation and a smooth experience.

  • How will communication take place once the experience is confirmed?

    Once the experience is confirmed and the maximum number of participants is reached, a dedicated WhatsApp group will be created. This group will allow efficient communication between the captain and the other participants. Through the WhatsApp group, important information, any updates on the adventure and further logistical details will be shared to ensure smooth participation and direct communication between all participants.

  • With whom will I be able to share the adventure during the nautical experience?

    Our staff is committed to creating experiences with peers, always striving to have a fair and balanced split between males and females to provide a positive and inclusive experience for all participants. During the adventure, you will have the opportunity to share memorable moments with other sailing enthusiasts and have a unique and engaging experience in the company of peers from different backgrounds and experiences. The diversity of experiences and points of view enriches the overall experience and fosters the creation of meaningful bonds during the sailing journey.

  • What happens if the weather conditions are unfavourable before the start of the experience?

    In the event of adverse weather conditions that may affect the course of the experience, all participants will be contacted a few days in advance to communicate any changes in the scheduled date or to offer the possibility of choosing another adventure. In the event that the experience must be cancelled due to bad weather, a full refund will be issued, except for costs related to flights and accommodation purchased independently by participants. Timely communication is transparent and essential to ensure effective management of weather-related situations and to safeguard the participants' experience.

    We therefore recommend booking with insurance that covers flights and hotels.

  • What happens if the weather changes unexpectedly during the experience?

    In the event that weather conditions change in an unpredictable manner during the experience, it will be up to the skipper to make the decision whether to interrupt navigation during the course of the voyage, in order to ensure the safety and security of all participants. However, participants will be able to sleep and eat on board the boat and will be able to visit the destinations independently. It is important to emphasise that no reimbursement will be made for costs related to flights or 'EXTRA' overnight stays purchased independently by participants. The safety of the participants is a top priority for us and any decisions made will be guided to safeguard the lives and safety of all participants.

  • What happens if the weather is unfavourable during the course?

    If weather conditions make it impossible to sustain the experience, SeaYou can guarantee the berth on the boat until the prearranged date and provide the notions of sailing in port, for those who prefer to travel and visit can refer to the boat as a base.

  • Is there insurance in case of accidents during the course?

Sail and Climb

  • Can I come without a partner?

    Yes, you can join the group even if you are travelling alone. All climbers secure each other under the supervision of the instructor. it is also a great opportunity to meet people who share the same passion! 

  • I have never climbed outside, can I come?

    If you have climbing experience in the gym but have never climbed outdoors, this is your chance to fall in love with outdoor climbing. However, it is important to know how to climb as a lead climber and to belay correctly. If you have any doubts about your level, contact us and we will be happy to help you find out if this experience is for you! 

  • Is it too hot to climb in summer?

    No. On hot days you climb in the shade and there is often a sea breeze, so it is possible to have good climbing conditions even in July-August. 

  • What should I bring? .

    The equipment required of participants includes classic climbing gear: rope, quickdraws, Grigri, shoes, harness and helmet. In addition, a sleeping bag is required for sleeping in the boat. Those who do not have part of the equipment can contact us to hire it. 

  • Minimum level to participate?

    The minimum requirement for taking part in the trip is that the climber must be able to climb as leader and correctly belay his partner.
