We will complement our retreat with Yoga practices inspired by the deities of the Hindu Pantheon in quiet, secluded bays.<br \/>\nMeditative practices at sunset, the sea and the water element of which we will be a part, will complete the introspective journey.<\/p>\n<h3>The Itinerary: The Pearls of the Archipelago<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">We will sail through the most celebrated turquoise waters of the Mediterranean, exploring iconic locations and secret coves, based in the lively areas of <b>Cannigione<\/b> e <b>Palau<\/b> and forays into the Archipelago of <b>La Maddalena<\/b>. We will admire the legendary natural pools and the iconic Pink Beach (from afar) while sailing between <b>Scatter<\/b> e <b>Budelli<\/b>. We will explore the island of <b>Caprera<\/b> with its rugged coastline and rich history, and disembark at <b>La Maddalena<\/b> to experience island life in its picturesque centre. We will also anchor near the island of <b>Molara<\/b> to dive into its incredible crystal-clear waters.<\/p>\n<h3>Sunset Adventure and Contemplation<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">The experience does not stop at inner practice. The Sardinian archipelago invites action and joy: dive into the most beautiful bays to make <b>Snorkelling<\/b> and discover the rich underwater life, or set sail on your <b>Stand-Up Paddle (SUP)<\/b> for a meditative and fun activity on flat water. We will end the day with a ritual of gratitude: a <b>Aperitif on board<\/b> as the sun dips into the sea, tinging the sky with spectacular colours.
